We provide residential cleaning services as described on our website. Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse services that fall outside our established scope.

2. Scheduling and Cancellation

• The client must provide accurate information about the location and cleaning needs.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
  

3. Access to the Location

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the premises at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a travel fee may be charged.

4. Use of Products and Equipment

We use high-quality cleaning products suitable for each surface. If the client requests the use of specific products that are not recommended for a particular function, we will not be responsible for any resulting damage.

5. Payment

• Payment must be made according to the agreed conditions at the time of booking.
• Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
  

6. Responsibilities and Limitations

• Our team follows strict cleaning standards, but we do not guarantee the removal of deep stains, pre-existing damage, or structural issues within the property.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by products provided by the client or environmental conditions beyond our control.
