Use of Cleaning Products

Our team is trained to use the correct products for each material, protecting your furniture, appliances, small electrical devices, and all other surfaces. However, if the client requests the use of a specific product that is not recommended for a particular function or surface, we will not be responsible for any potential damage caused by the improper use of that product.

Limitation of Liability

By requesting the use of an external product, the client assumes full responsibility for any stains, corrosion, discoloration, structural damage, or any other negative effects resulting from its application.

Recommendation

We recommend that clients follow our suggestions and allow the use of the products indicated by our team to ensure the best experience and prevent unnecessary damage.
